Standard shipping normally takes 15–30 business days to arrive.

Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local logistics backlog, holiday seasons or force majeure, which are beyond our control.

 

 

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs clearance fees charged by local customs. We do not cover any customs-related charges.

If your package is held by customs, please complete clearance with your tracking number.

 

 

Once your parcel is shipped, we will send an email including your tracking number and tracking link.

If no logistics updates show within 7 days, feel free to contact our customer service.

 

 

If the package is sent back to us because of wrong address, unclaimed parcel, refusal of delivery or customs clearance failure, the round-trip freight will be borne by the buyer. We can resend your item only after you cover the extra shipping cost.

 

 

We do not deliver to military restricted zones, remote islands and areas with strict logistics limits.

We will contact you to cancel your order and process a full refund if your location cannot be shipped.
