1. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing may be delayed if the delivery address or contact information is incomplete or incorrect.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping costs $10 USD for orders below $29.90 USD. Orders with a cart subtotal of $29.90 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. We ship only to destinations available in the checkout address selector.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is usually around 15 days after dispatch. Customs processing, local carrier conditions, holidays and severe weather may affect the final delivery date.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

5. Order Tracking

After your parcel is dispatched, we will email the tracking number and tracking link. Please contact us if tracking has not updated for 7 days.

6. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete customs clearance, the customer is responsible for the related return and reshipping costs.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Delivery availability depends on applicable laws, carrier coverage, safety requirements and current service conditions. The destinations available in checkout are the final service area.
