• You must provide true, complete and valid personal, shipping and payment information when placing orders.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information safe and confidential. Any orders placed under your account shall be deemed authorized by you.

3. Product & Pricing Information

• All product descriptions, pictures, sizes and prices on the website are for reference only. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice before order payment.
• We try our best to ensure picture consistency; slight color differences caused by monitors will not be regarded as product defects.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled within 72 hours.
• We support mainstream online payment methods. All transaction fees shall be borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
• After payment, your order will enter processing queue; we cannot change address, product or quantity without your written request before shipment.

5. Shipping Policy

• Processing time: 1-3 business days after payment; weekends and holidays may delay processing.
• Estimated delivery time is usually around 15 days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local carrier conditions.
• Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees charged at destination are the customer’s responsibility.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Customers must contact support by email or WhatsApp before sending an item back to receive the correct return instructions.
• For ordinary returns not caused by a product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect because of our mistake, Darkvibe will cover the necessary return or replacement shipping cost after reviewing the issue.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics backlog, natural disasters, war, epidemic and other force majeure factors.
• We are not responsible for any loss caused by your incorrect address, wrong contact information or failure to clear customs in time.
